Clear skies settle over Williamson County tonight, with a low around 63 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Tuesday stays sunny and hot—a high near 95 degrees with light winds. Tuesday night remains mostly clear, with a low of 72 that will rise through the night.
Wednesday brings the hottest weather and the first sign of change. High near 99 degrees, heat index values as high as 106. Southwest winds 10 to 14 mph, gusting to 20. After 3 p.m., showers and thunderstorms become possible—a 30 percent chance.
Wednesday night that chance jumps to 80 percent as showers and thunderstorms move through. Thursday stays wet, with a 90 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs cool to near 84.
