Showers and thunderstorms move in tonight and persist through Thursday morning, the National Weather Service says. That's 80 to 90 percent rain likely, so plan accordingly.
The storm activity settles somewhat Thursday afternoon as the system moves through. Highs Thursday near 87, then dropping to around 82 as the day goes on. Friday brings another chance of showers and thunderstorms—40 percent probability—with a high near 84. Conditions improve from there.
Saturday looks the best day of the stretch: mostly sunny, high near 90, with only a 20 percent chance of a stray shower after 7 a.m.
Keep your weather radio on tonight and Thursday. Nothing in this forecast points to anything severe, but storms in motion always warrant attention. Lows tonight around 71; overnight lows the next couple of nights in the upper 60s.
