MARION, Ill. — Mostly clear skies settle over Williamson County tonight, with temperatures dropping to around 59 degrees under calm winds. This is straightforward, pleasant weather, and it holds through the week ahead.
Monday brings another fine day. Expect sunshine and a high near 86 degrees, with temperatures falling slightly to around 84 by afternoon. Winds will be light, out of the north northeast at 0 to 5 miles per hour. Monday night stays mostly clear and mild, with a low around 62.
Tuesday continues the trend: mostly sunny skies, a high near 87, and east winds at 1 to 5 miles per hour. Tuesday night becomes partly cloudy, with a low around 65.
Wednesday warms a bit more, pushing toward 90 degrees under mostly sunny skies, with light south southwest winds.
Nothing threatening in the forecast. It's a good stretch for outdoor plans, yard work, or whatever the week demands. The county is looking at calm conditions and pleasant temperatures across the board.
