MARION, Ill. — Sunny skies are in the forecast for Williamson County on Friday, according to the National Weather Service, with a high near 88 degrees and light north-northeast winds of 1 to 7 miles per hour. No threats are expected.
Tonight, mostly clear skies will settle in with a low around 64 degrees and winds near calm—a pleasant night ahead.
The weekend shapes up pleasant and warming. Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 90 degrees. Overnight Saturday, mostly clear skies will hold with a low around 65 degrees.
Sunday will bring sunny conditions and further warmth, with a high near 94 degrees and south winds from 2 to 12 mph.
No significant weather threats are forecast for the next few days. This is a straightforward, fair-weather stretch for late August.
