MARION, Ill. — A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is possible tonight before 4 a.m., with scattered activity possible through the early morning hours, according to the National Weather Service. Nothing severe is expected. Mostly cloudy conditions with lows around 68 degrees, rising to near 70 overnight. Light southwest winds around 1 mile per hour.
Tomorrow looks partly sunny and warm—highs near 85 degrees with northwest winds of 5 to 7 miles per hour. Friday turns sunnier, with highs near 87 and mostly clear skies through the night as lows drop to 67 degrees under light north winds.
Saturday brings a slight 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m., but the day starts clear. High near 87 degrees. This is standard late-summer weather for Williamson County. There's nothing threatening developing. No need for worry at this time.
