MARION, Ill. — Video of an arrest made by Marion police is raising questions about excessive force, WPSD Local 6 reports.
The outlet's report did not identify the officers involved, the person arrested, or the underlying charge that led to the encounter. What it does confirm is that footage of the arrest is circulating and drawing scrutiny from the public.
