MARION — The Marion VA Healthcare System will hold its annual Veteran Resource Fair from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at the HUB Recreation Center, according to the Southern Illinoisan.
The fair is a yearly touchstone, offering veterans a chance to connect directly with the services and benefits they've earned. For the veteran trying to untangle a benefits claim or find the right office to call, two hours in one room with the right people can matter more than months of phone trees.
