MARION, Ill. — Marion High School was the target of a threatening phone call while the district was already investigating a track coach, according to WPSD Local 6.
The outlet did not report the content of the threat, whether an arrest followed, or the specifics of the coach investigation in what was made available to this bureau. Two serious matters landing on the same school at once is enough to rattle any community that sends its kids there every morning.
