CARTERVILLE, Ill. — John A. Logan College will rededicate Dwight Hoffard Pond at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, as part of the Southern Illinois Celebration of National Hunting and Fishing Days on campus, the college announced.
The celebration runs Sept. 26-27, and JALC says it will temporarily close two campus parking lots to make room for the event. Anyone with business on campus that weekend should plan around the closures.
Details on the rededication ceremony itself were not immediately available beyond the Saturday morning start time.
