HERRIN, Ill. — A Herrin restaurant is closing after five years in business, KFVS12 reports.
Five years is a decent run for any small-town restaurant these days, and the closure will leave another gap in town. No cause for the closing was detailed in the report.
Keeping the lights on in a small-town restaurant is a hard fight in this county, year in and year out. This week, one more business here lost it.
