The show, held at Milan's Snai La Maura Hippodrome, was called off shortly after Bad Bunny began his set when large hailstones, strong winds and driving rain hit the venue. Videos posted on social media showed hailstones striking fans as they scrambled for cover.
Organizers said ticketholders would be fully reimbursed following the abrupt cancellation. No injuries were detailed in the reporting.
The scrapped performance is a rare interruption for Bad Bunny, whose global tours have drawn massive crowds across Europe and the Americas. The Milan stop was part of a run of European dates for the Grammy-winning artist, whose blend of reggaeton and Latin trap has made him one of the biggest touring acts in the world.
