MARION — A new Firehouse Subs has opened in Marion, and the man behind the counter isn't new to the business. Chris Banks has spent much of his life around restaurants, according to the Southern Illinoisan.
No further detail on Banks' plans for the location was included in the paper's initial report. The American Times Press will follow up as more of Banks' story, and the new restaurant's, becomes available.
