How to play
Each set of four words shares a hidden connection — sometimes it's a word that can precede or follow all of them, sometimes it's a category they all belong to. Write down your guess for each before scrolling to the answers!
Answers
Butter — Peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter, pistachio butter.
Wall — Stonewall, Berlin Wall, Great Wall of China, and firewall. The connecting word is "Wall."
Mars — Mercury and Venus are planets alongside Mars in our solar system, and Snickers and Milky Way are both candy bars made by Mars, Inc. — so "Mars" is the single word linking the planets to the candy maker.
Court cards / card ranks — Jack, Ten, Ace, and King are all playing-card ranks — specifically, Jack, Ace and King are the face and top cards of a standard deck, with Ten rounding out the group as the highest number card. The connection here is simply that: they're all playing-card ranks.
