Sharpen your pencil (mentally) — today we've got a "What Connects These?" round. Each numbered set of four items shares a hidden link. Figure out the common thread for each group before peeking at the answers below.
Anchor, Bow, Full, Windsor — What connects these?
Big Ben, Cinderella, Wall Street, Grand Central — What connects these?

Hint: each group's connector is a single word or short phrase that could precede or follow all four items.
Answers
Knot — anchor knot, bow knot, full Windsor knot, and a Windsor knot on its own. All are recognized knot styles.
Clock — each is tied to a famous clock: Big Ben (the clock itself), Cinderella (the clock striking midnight), Wall Street (the clock on the NYSE facade), and Grand Central (its landmark four-faced clock).
Board game — all are classic board games.
Spider — tarantula, wolf spider, huntsman spider, jumping spider are all types of spiders.
Prime — Prime Meridian, Prime Rib, Prime Time, Prime Suspect. "Prime" is the word that locks onto all four.
