MARION, Ill. — Crews are renovating the clock tower in downtown Marion, KWCH reports.
Any renovation to a landmark like this draws attention in a town that doesn't have many of them left standing. KWCH's report did not include a timeline for completion or the cost of the project.
A clock that runs on time isn't a small thing for a county seat. Now it just has to be legible from the street.
